The twenty art fairs are spread out between Miami Beach, Miami’s Wynwood Art District and Downtown Miami. Below, you’ll find a listings for each art fair, including a brief description, location, hours, admission prices, and any special events that have been announced.

Our guides were created to help you plan your trip to Miami. Good planning, organization and shoes are important for a successful and enjoyable trip to Miami. If possible, plan on spending at least four days looking at art and enjoying the special events. There’s a lot going on, not just at the art fairs, but also at local art museums, private collections, non-profit art organizations, galleries and artist studios. Our Day-by-Day Event Guide to Miami Art Week new graphic features sixty-four events.

Art Basel Miami Beach, is the largest art fair of the week featuring more than 250 galleries, and it’s the main reason so many satellite art fairs are around. It’s located at the Miami Beach Convention Center, and Design Miami is right next to them. Both of these major art fairs should be visited, plus you can purchase a combined admission ticket at a reduced price. With so much going on it’s easy to miss the actual beach, but Scope Miami and Untitled. have solved this. They are located right on the sands of Miami Beach, so there’s no excuse for not enjoying an ocean view or two. Not to miss Hotel art fairs in Miami Beach include: NADA, Ink, Select and Aqua.

Art Miami is another great art fair, and it’s been around for years. It’s the largest and oldest art fair and it’s located in Miami’s Wynwood Art District. You’ll also find Context, Miami Project, Spectrum, Brazil Art Fair and Red Dot in the same area. Most of Miami’s art galleries and major private art collections are also located in Wynwood. You can easily spend two days in the area and still miss a lot.

Two other art fairs you should visit are Pulse Miami, located at the Ice Palace close to Wynwood, and the Miami River Art Fair, located downtown at the Miami Convention Center / James L. Knight Center. Keep an eye out for free Shuttles to these and other fairs. We highly recommend the free shuttles services, especially when traveling between Miami and Miami Beach. Shuttles are offered by Art Miami, Pulse, NADA, Miami River Art Fair, Fridge, and a few other fairs.
