Blanc Manger
Coconut Custard with Fruit Cocktail. An amrbrosial dessert that melts in your mouth.
Serves 2  To   8

Amount Ingredient
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Two (2) – 12oz cans Evaporated Milk
One (1) 12oz can Coconut Milk
One (1) – 12oz can Fruit Cocktail
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
3 pks Gelatin
1 inch Lime Zest
to taste Sugar
Dissolve the gelatin in 3/4 cup of boiled water. Place evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Add sugar to a taste then bring to a boil. Add cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and lime zest to mixture. Add the gelatin to milk mixture. Then add coconut milk and add sugar to a taste. Drain fruit cocktail and add to mixture. Mix well and place in a large bowl . Refrigerate for at least a 6 hours prior to serving.
