HAITIAN RECIPE : BOULETTE

Boulette
Haitian Meatballs . A tasty selection that is complemented well by any rice dish.
Serves 4  To   8
Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
4 slices Bread
1/2 cup Flour
1 lb. Freshly ground lean beef
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
To taste Salt & Pepper
1 Tsp Parsley
 Instructions
Soak bread in water for 5 minutes. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Roll mixture into small balls . Coat with flour. Fry in heated oil until golden brown.
